Advising Noxtton on a cross-border share acquisition involving Tether

Montpellier Sentinel Legal advised Noxtton in connection with a share acquisition involving Tether as part of a complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate transaction.

Our work included advising on the Georgian-law aspects of the transaction, coordinating the corporate restructuring and transfer process across jurisdictions, reviewing and preparing transaction documentation, advising on corporate approvals and governance matters, and coordinating with international counsel and other transaction participants to facilitate completion.
