The Montpellier Sentinel served as lead counsel, advising the Academy of Digital Industries on its expansion into the UK market. The Academy of Digital Industries is an innovative educational platform that offers workshops and masterclasses to promote self-development, skill enhancement, and personal fulfillment. Established in 2019 in Tbilisi, Georgia, the Academy has since become the largest education platform in the country.

Throughout the partnership, the Montpellier Sentinel legal team assisted the Academy with its incorporation in the UK’s Companies House. Starting in February 2023, the Academy will host workshops and masterclasses in London, led by renowned, global industry mentors.

This partnership showcases the Montpellier Sentinel’s ability to provide exceptional results for Georgian clients by working across teams to conduct transactions outside of Georgia.
